Source Model Viewer [Build: 2019-04-23]

This version of HLMV fixes a few nullptr crashes regarding merged and non loaded models, while also removes a lot of GoldSrc leftover code, aswell as obsolete code that is no longer being used. NOTE: [Regarding (STEAM) Load Model / (STEAM) Merge Model] FileSystemOpenDialog does not support JPEG/JPG image reading anymore, due to a memory leak regarding the jpeglib library file. A new image reading system will be implemented in a future build, but is not a high priority.
